The answer to these questions came after reflection:

Experiential tourism allows one to acquire knowledge and emotions through real story living, involving sight, hearing, touch, smell and where possible, taste. It enhances curiosity and knowledge, creating a link between the traveller and the elements of local identity: places, stories, typical products, customs and traditions. The plus will not only consist in adding beautiful photos to your mobile, but much more in memorising special perceptions and emotions in your heart and in your mind.
